PSD to XHTML/CSS
In last decade, the only way to make your web page that can work online was to slice your super cooool design or graphics into small little square pieces somehow and put those pieces together in table. Best way to describe is Microsoft Excel, think of each cell with square or rectangle pieces of graphics in it. Then whenever you need minor update into your graphics, you need to chop up all the graphics again and settle them into table again. That is not a good way to do it, isn’t that right?
In early years of millennium decade, best thing ever came in the world of web, CSS – Cascading Style Sheets. CSS made presentation and programming separate from each other and made web page easy to read and understand. This make it very easy to update the web page because it handles the look by entirely separate Style Sheet file. Other thing to mention here about CSS is, that makes web page load faster and offcourse make them Search Engine friendly.
